Orders and Payments
What is your order process?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the order details and an order number at the email address provided during checkout. Your order is processed within a day. Roasting and fulfillment of coffees can take a few days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The shipping time will depend on the shipping alternative that was selected during checkout, and where the order is shipped to.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through
- most major credit cards and payment providers,
- Klarna
- PayPal
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
Please click at the shopping bag and proceed to checkout. You will see an overview of your product(s) and in the Order Summary section you will see a field for Discount code. Add the code to the field and click at “apply”, next to the code, and the total order amount will be updated.
Please note that you may not always be able to combine the code with other discounts.
If you want to remove the code, just click at the little cross in the right corner of the code.
Shipping & Deliveries
Can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on domestic orders
with a value over $50
Subscription orders also get free shipping. We do not offer free shipping on International orders.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States (domestic only)
How fast do you deliver?
Orders are roasted in small batches, and coffee is not roasted and ready for shipping before an order is received. It is a meticulous process to help ensure that your order will be at peak flavor after it arrives to you. The roast and shipping schedule is as follows:
- Roast-to-order-processing | 2~3 business days on average
- Shipping to US West Coast destinations | add 2+ business days
- Shipping to US East Coast destinations | add 5+ business days
Which delivery options do you provide?
We deliver our coffee and tea
products with the following shipping providers:
- US Postal Service 1st Class | for orders less than 9 packages in the same order
- UPS ground | for orders with 9 or more packages in the same order
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been successfully submitted, our roasting team will process it the following business day at the latest. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched to you. The tracking number will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.
Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package yet. What do I do?
Trying to find your package? Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as
delivered before it's been physically dropped off. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. Also, please ask your neighbors if they may have received it
for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
